In a team environment, the Clinic Care Assistant performs a variety of clinical support and administrative duties. Under supervision, clinical duties include collection of medical history information, initial assessment of work injuries, administers pre-employment drug screens, initiating DOT/pre-placement exams using prescribed criteria, and supporting the Occupational Medicine providers. This role communicates with and provides information to patients and employers, handles updating and managing patient records, facilitates follow-up care for patients, and assists in completing required paperwork.

This is a Full time Opportunity at our Shakopee MOH campus. We would ask that this candidate be flexible to pick up shifts at any/all of our MOH Campuses (Eagan, St. Paul, Woodbury and Coon Rapids) as needed. Flexibility to travel to other MOH campuses is required. Scheduled day hours would be Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (subject to change).
