Instructions:
- Holding a physioball in front of you with both hands, lower into a squat position while maintaining pelvic stability
- Slowly rotate trunk side to side
- To increase difficulty, switch to holding a medicine ball or alter the surface of the exercise
Reps/Duration:
3 sets of 15-20 reps
