Instructions:
- Lie on your back with arms at your sides and hips with knees bent
- Squeeze glutes and raise buttocks while keeping core stable
- Slowly return to start position and repeat
Reps/Duration:
- Perform 2 sets of 10 reps, at least 2 times per day
