Post-op Follow-Up Appointment

Please be sure you have scheduled an appointment prior to the day of surgery to pick up any supplies – sling shoulder immobilizer or cold (cryo) therapy device your physician may have ordered.  If you have not done so already, please also schedule your post-surgical follow-up appointment with your surgeon.
