Online scheduling at Summit
Whether you’re an established patient seeking follow-up care or a new patient with an orthopedic issue, our online scheduling tool can help you find an appointment that suits your needs. It’s easy to use, and there is no need to download an app or create an account. Just answer a few simple questions. Then, the system will guide you to the right appointment type, so you can view available appointments and book one.
Our online scheduling tool can help you with several types of appointments, including:
- Clinic appointments for both new and returning patients
- Therapy appointments, both initial and return visits (coming December 2021)
If you’re making an appointment for an injection or bracing, you’ll need to call Summit directly. Online scheduling may not be available for all appointments at all locations. We encourage people who want an appointment for a second opinion, workers’ compensation claim, or motor vehicle visit to call our office.
