Appointment Schedulers – Part Time
Summit Orthopedics is in search of two part-time Appointment Schedulers to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, hours will vary between 7:30-5:30pm. Responsibilities include registering and scheduling patients for 35+ physicians in our centralized scheduling department. Candidates must be familiar with health insurance, medical terminology, and have a minimum of one-year medical office or call center customer service experience. SOHJ
Certified Medical Spine Coder
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a full time Certified Coder at our Woodbury business office. Duties include assigning codes to patient health information for data retrieval, analysis, and claims processing. All candidates must have great attention-to-detail, be familiar with medical terminology, and be a team player. Minimum of one-year previous medical coding experience required, with specific experience in Spine/PM&R/Pain Management.
Clinic Support Staff Manager
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a full time Clinic Support Staff Manager to manage Human Resource needs for all clinic staff by providing leadership and direction to leads and supervisors in managing staff performance and engagement. Main duties will include engaging in employee staffing and supervisory duties, including interviewing and hiring employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and ensuring the completion of required paperwork, records, documents, etc. and developing and implementing employee engagement plan to improve employee satisfaction. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role. Associate's degree or higher or equivalent experience is required, with certification as a LPN or CMA preferred. SOHJ
Front Desk Lead
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a full time Front Desk Lead. The Front Desk Lead is responsible for providing leadership to other front desk staff by ensuring daily procedures function efficiently and smoothly. This includes creating schedules, greeting patients, verifying patient demographics and notifying clinical team of patient arrival. Duties also include providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
LPN – Part Time
Summit Orthopedics is in search of two Part Time LPN’s to work 16 hours per week at our Woodbury Clinic. Hours will be Monday, Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 7:30am – 12:00pm. LPN staff will be working in our Woodbury Pain Suite rooming patients, taking patient vitals, gathering patient medical history and physical information, monitoring patient during pre/post large joint/spine injection procedures and assisting the physician in procedure. Operations Manager
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a full time Operations Manager to assist with direction of day-to-day clinical operations for all clinic sites, continually updating clinical policies and procedures. Responsibilities will include improving clinic operations and patient flow by developing standardized work processes for all clinic site locations, serving as primary point of direct contact and liaison with other Summit locations, physicians and staff, and assisting in direct, onsite clinical administrative problem solving. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role. Associate's degree or higher or equivalent experience is required, with certification as a LPN or CMA preferred. SOHJ
Patient Coordinator Lead
We are in search of a full time Patient Coordinator Lead. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising patient coordinator duties including, but not limited to, various administrative and clinical tasks for the physician teams, including managing patient and administrative schedules, maintaining a variety of documentation, creating and organizing billing tickets, preparing charts, etc. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a clinical setting. MA or LPN preferred. SOHJ
Physician Assistant - Certified
Summit Orthopedics is in search of four full time certified physician assistants (PA-C). Candidates must be willing to travel to other clinic sites and be PA-C or eligible for PA certification. SOHJ
Main Duties:
Radiology Lead
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a full time Radiology Lead. Responsibilities include providing leadership to other radiology staff by ensuring daily procedures function efficiently and smoothly. This includes taking x-rays, assisting patients in clinic, ordering supplies, pulling and filing x-rays for clinic & surgery. Individual should be well organized & capable of working independently in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to travel to other clinic sites. ARRT Certification is required. SOHJ
Receptionists – Part Time
Summit Orthopedics is in search of one part time (20 hours/week) Receptionist to work at our Woodbury clinic. Hours will be Wednesday & Friday from 5pm-10pm and Saturdays from 8am-4pm. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, reviewing chart information and much more. Candidates must be respectful of our diverse patient population, demonstrate customer service that goes above and beyond, and be patient care oriented. Candidates must be familiar with health insurance, medical terminology, and have a minimum of one-year medical office experience.
Receptionists – Full Time
Summit Orthopedics is in search of one full time Receptionist to work at our Woodbury clinic, Monday through Friday, hours varying between 7:30am-5:30pm. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, reviewing chart information and much more. Candidates must be respectful of our diverse patient population, demonstrate customer service that goes above and beyond, and be patient care oriented. Candidates must be familiar with health insurance, medical terminology, and have a minimum of one-year medical office experience.
RN – Casual
Summit Orthopedics is in search of two casual RNs at our St. Paul and Woodbury surgery centers. Candidates must have a current RN license in MN, Orthopedic experience, current BLS and ACLS. Operating room exp with scrubbing or circulating skills preferred. You must have great communication skills, be detail oriented, flexible, and a team player! SOHJ
Senior Financial Analyst
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a full-time Senior Financial Analyst to work at our Woodbury Finance Department. Duties include coordinating the budgeting process, assisting in financial planning, researching variances, supporting contract negotiations, and ad hoc analysis and projects. Candidates much have a Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master's degree a plus. Candidates must also have 5+ years of experience in a finance role with advanced skills with Excel and database software. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, able to work independently and the ability to work directly with internal and external customers. A background in the medical field is required.
Spine Therapists
Summit Orthopedics is in search of two full time Spine Therapists to work at our new Spine Care Clinic in Woodbury. Candidates must be licensed in MN and have specialized training in Spine Rehabilitation.
Surgical Technicians - Casual
Summit Orthopedics is in search of two casual Certified Surgical Technicians to work in our busy Surgery Centers in St. Paul and Woodbury on an as needed basis. Candidates must be detail orientated, highly organized, have strong customer service and be patient care oriented. Candidates must be a Certified Surgical Technician and have a minimum of one-year experience in a surgical setting and be willing to travel to other clinic sites. SOHJ
Triage Specialist – Part Time
Summit Orthopedics is in search of a Triage Specialist to work 20 hours per week at our Woodbury Corporate office. The Triage Specialist will schedule patient appointments and all procedures that are routed through the central scheduling system and serve as medical information resource to non-medical schedulers. Candidates must be a LPN, OA or RN, preferably with experience in Orthopedics. SOHJ
